2 year late reply but I figured other people might be curious too, so; A glasgow smile is a cut across the mouth from ear to ear, so it looks like the person has a ridiculous big smile. So anyway, the guy talking in this track says "Kuchisake-onna" which is a Japanese legend about a bad spirit of a woman that has a Glasgow Smile
