Love your jewelry classes. I have adapted some tips on taking pictures. The video on wine and other bottles would be good for wine company or retail store for social media. Great work as always.

May I ask what brand and where to buy the heavy-duty photography tripod in front of the lens. Thank you

I like these tutorials but I have my own tip. Even the diffuser material you use here is rather expensive. I buy white, plastic shower curtain liners. I buy them at the dollar store for $3.50 each. You can simply hang them from a boom arm and you can double them or triple them depending on how much diffusion you need. They work great.

This is a great trick from cheap homemade DIY for sure. Maybe we should cover this a day and different options?

Wouldn't a Polaroid filter cut the label glare?
@photigy4 жыл бұрын
No, it won't. you have to use polarized light with it to make it work.

I'm troubled by the overly dark area in the middle of the bottle, the label doesn't really pop the same way as the bottle does and the branding/name is the most critical part of the shot in terms of communicating what is happening here and that's selling the liquid inside. There is a really nice embossed wax stamp and we see no relief or detail there either. Personally I still think there is a lot of work to do here. I think I would go with a snooted or flagged top light to catch the label without affecting the gradient and to show both the red ribbon and the embossing. Everything else here is solid.

Usefull as always Alex, thank you! Seems that there could be a little more effort with the label, i'm missing the letters to pop up just a little bit.
