Photo Folio Tutorial Complete with a Cutting Guide

“Hello everyone! This is Maria Smeshkova and today I want to show you my new beautiful album (or photo folio). I used one of my favorites the Graphic 45 Imagine Collector’s Edition for this project. The album pages were decorated using die-cuts, scrapbook paper leftovers, metal embellishments, stickers and stamps, cards and borders from the paper sheets.
Tips:
·You can use D-rings and oval rings to make the album closures.
·You can separate big background die-cut on the smaller elements and use them for decoration the album.
·You can cover your die-cuts by embossing powders. It makes them more interesting.

I am not understanding your score line placements

Ok, for example I have 4 ¼ : 1 | 2 ¼ | 1 . I'm choosing 4 1/4 " side. Then I'm making the first score line at a distance of 1" from the edge and I'm making the second score line at a distance of 2 1/4" from the first score line. The distance from the second creasing line to the other edge is 1" (1" + 2 1/4" + 1" = 4 1/4")
