What’s a CRM and why do I need it for my photo booth business?

No way in gods green earth I can manage all my events without a CRM. I often intentionally double and sometimes triple book a day. And my CRM makes it easy for me to manage all of them, assign staff, send invoice reminders, questionnaire and automate all the mundane things that makes my business flow smoothly on any given day. You can’t do any of that on EXCEL
