I think each POB should cost less than USD10, probably around USD7-8 depends on where you live + demand. Chinese fans usually resell a lot of the POBs and event photocards and they are much cheaper

Both. I buy some with albums from different sites (usually preorder) and then for events, usually buy from proxy
