Taeyong IS the official leader of both NCT 127 and NCT as a whole. A few years ago, people weren't 100% sure because nothing was announced, but now it is now very clear that he is recognized as the leader. The tattoos are real, and they all mean something special to him. He hasn't really explained the new ones, yet, but the one you pointed out looks like Astro Boy and is supposed to represent himself. The picture at 6:19 has been rotated. That's why gravity is pulling the drawstring, his hair, etc. I love the photo and think it was a great choice. Taeyong is somewhere between 5'7'' and 5'9''. This photo shoot was so good! We are so happy that he finally got a solo magazine feature, and he killed it! Thank you so much for checking this out! Yes, that one of his latest tattoo. It's Astro Boy. FYI, Taeyong said from his IG live that at first, they only set for few pages, but the one of the W Korea management said she want more pages of Taeyong impromptu.
