Update, this track really helped me prepare for my course and I passed with flying colors. After listening I could see and visualize the concepts I had to simplify and communicate.

You can see three dimensional images without any sort of device as if they're in front of you, all you have to do is believe it's there without a doubt and not remember your reality, you must forget that what you intend to see is not there, I've seen the reflection of a mirror on the wall that only existed in my mind by forgetting there was never a mirror on said wall, maybe start by replicating something similar.

@@jonathanstiemann3078 there is one on this thread. This hypnosis gave me confidence and patience to let memories come to me when I need them instead of forcing it. I performed well at my training so I would say it was a success!

How loud should the volume be when you play these at night? I need a reference point. If I can hear it, it sometimes keeps me from falling asleep. Should I be able to make out the words or can it be a whisper in the background? 🙏🏽
@AntonyReed2 жыл бұрын
Hard to say for any specific person, since we're all so different. Whatever volume you can get it up to without ruining your sleep. Sorry to say that's the best I can tell you. 🤔 Wish you the best, Parveen.

I set volume so all of the words are audible at lowest volume, lay down, relax and I do fall asleep within a few minutes 😴 waking up 8 hrs later refreshed and ready to go 🥰

Loud enough to hear but low enough not to disturb you

Play very low but audible. Your subconscious will hear it even if it’s barely audible to you.

Better for me if the words “I” are used. You and Your makes it outward as if I’m speaking to someone else.

I would completely understand, and I would agree with you, if you were speaking these affirmations aloud rather than listening while you fall asleep. "I Am" affirmations are made for that... Being spoken aloud or written down by you. If you have an open mind, I made a video (first link in the description) on why I avoid using 'I Am' statements in my sleep affirmations, and why it's counterproductive. In fact, why our subconscious mind doesn't hear them in the way you think it would. Cheers!

Hey antony, I need help with identifying limiting beliefs. I want to get into making rap music but some limiting beliefs are blocking me. Whenever I think about it, these are the type of thoughts that pop up- " I don't think it's possible" "I can't make music", "I don't think i can rap" "it can't happen" "it's unrealistic for me" "I don't believe it can happen" "I don't think I can make good music" "I'm worried people won't like my music" "it's impossible for me" "I'm worried of what people would think of my music" "it's possible for others but not for me" and I noticed that it's out of my comfort zone as well like breaking out of my shell kinda of thing, you know? I'm kinda like a introvert

Hi Gilberto, I don't think you need any help at all in identifying your limiting beliefs. You've just identified them to me pretty well. So what do you do about them? Here are my friends Rene and Raluca who just helped someone answer this very question today: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZOlaX2QmZ2kgqs

@@AntonyReed OK, thank you. I was using a different approach on identifying beliefs. I was using the Cognitive behavioral therapy approach, where you look for the root cause/beliefs that create these type of thoughts.

New physical neural connections can take about 3 weeks to begin to form. When we are learning new ways to think, it can take this much time to form new habits of thought. While you may start to see benefits right away, the longer you listen, the more likely the messages are to become permanent. As for listening to 2 at a time, I'd advise against it. You may actually find this session alone will help in both areas. However, stacking your sessions has never actually been shown as effective as far as I have seen.
