It's amazing that 2024 is coming to an end and this is the 33rd edition. I can say that this was a very nice year and you made an amazing job in youtube :)

Regarding critiques, I think it'd be fun if we did some of those lighting exercises you mentioned in earlier episodes as submissions (if I recall correctly, one involved taking a photo of the same spot at three different times of the day). I need to call soon-I’ve got a few questions banked up. Thanks for the content as always!

It’s like Noah’s Ark 😂 @9:33 Friends of mine have a cabin in the mountains. They told me a bear went in when it was vacant, opened the fridge, and ate a lot. The funny part is the bear left evidence that he/she carried a bag of peanuts to the center of the living room and ate all the peanuts, but left a mound of shells. Btw, angel #131 😊 🫶 💙 ☮️

Backbreaking blue collar photography resonates. I shot film and digital still work for 20 years and then I felt like I had to start filming more to make ends meet. The C Stands killed me. I am 50 and just don't want to carry that load anymore. Thankfully lighting has gotten lighter with technology.

Agree on photography being a blue collar job. I’m saying this after completing yet another job where the budget didn’t allow for an assistant. It was a back breaking day.

Yup. And even with assistants it can be grueling.
