Absolutely agreed with you ! I had mental health issue during the lockdown! Then I got camera and it turned me round ! I must say Photography is very healthy and certainly helped me to beat the mentally health . Now I am recovering! 🤜🏻🤛🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻

For me the best way to release all stress (if I have any at all) is snowboarding. There's no better feeling than when you're up there, one on one with your board and only this moment right there matters. Photography is more of an exploration, development of imagination and just fun :) Which I admit is also beneficial for mental health :D
