Photoshop Cloud Painting

Thank you so much for this!! My style is really "sketchy" and rough and most tutorials I found were for super realistic clouds. This is a perfect mix between realistic and painterly, so hopefully I can make it work :)

I'm suprised that you managed to only use 3 layers. If it was me, it wouldve taken 10 layers. _It's sad._

You can paint a cloud with only one layer, and i personally would reccomend that, the point, a cloud doesn't have a defenitive shape, clouds are like cotton being ripped appart, if you look at this video again, you'll see that the clouds have very rough, undefined edges, and the colors seem to blend in over eachother, that's because there's a lot of semi-transparent strokes overlaping so they blend realistical, the tridimensionality of the cloud comes from the perspective and the shading (a consistent lightsource).

This was a very good nice. One thing I noticed was you pick colors and blended them to be use as one color blend when needed but I don't know how to do that yet Plus, It would be nice if this video was a tutorial instead of a demonstration. All and all it was still a pleasure watching you work.
