Now I know why alt+shift+another key is not working. Alt+shift is changing the language of my keyboard, so if I want this sequence to work first I have to remove other languages from my keyboard layout. Thanks for this new tutorial!

Marty, Is there a reason you used to pen tool to make a selection instead the lasso tool?

Any of the Marquee Tools would work well, however, I find that the Pen Tool is more accurate in following paths especially with curves.

Hey, I need help, I have to do this effect on multiple photos with different poses, is there any way to replace the images on the layers so I don't have to do the whole process again on all the photos?

Yes. By making the subject into a Smart Object, the photo can be replaced without having to reo the effects. I explain it starting at 1:46.
