Question: How do you modify a selection. Often I will do a "select subject" and it is not perfect. Is there a way to fix the selection or are you forced to completely redo the selection? Subject for a video.

i face a problem can't processing photo from Lightroom Classic 13 on Photoshop 24 (2024), No problem working with Photoshop 25.1 (Beta) or old version 24.7; MAC Studio M1 with SONOMA.

Thanks for the help, though I was disappointed by your first example, when you put in the golden shining sky to a picture, which had a sun rise or counter sun rise and red shining light. I usually try some HDR. I go somewhere at sun rise or set. Then I underexpose the sky and overexpose the ground motive. Tripod is important. I used Lightroom to combine those with the HDR button, but that put a white shine between the dark blue and red or orange light. So I want to switch the sky like you by myself or make the foreground more lit up.

Anthony What is going on with your training web site? My virus software says your site is infected. I can't log into your lightroom training anymore. Everything is locked. When I try to reset my pass word and enter my email it says account does not exist. Please help I can't find any way to email you or contact you.

Anthony PLEASE, I'm still waiting for a reply on your take about Ron at Ocudrone. I bought the 500 skies you recommended and I have gotten no support from Ron at Ocudrone on importing the sky folders, it's not a simple import with 500 skies. I need help.

Love your videos. I do not use generative fill as I have found it to be over hyped and not very good as you showed in the above video! Does not live up to the hype!

I will not be using the Gen Fill until they Match the resolution to the main files. Just like Content Aware except it is Resolution Aware. I find Gen Fill pretty useless in my work.

GF fails at a lot of stuff. One of the issues I have with the credit system they're planning is that most of the time when I try using any of this AI stuff, it will take about 30 tries tog et anything usable.

dont use "add" and commands like that to the prompt, just express what you want. you will get better results.

What about adding something to the sky: birds, airplane(s), moons, balloons, kites, etc?

Works ok if you give it a hint via the selection tool drawing a rough outline of the shape first

You'd think that generating a sky wording would cause Photoshop to execute the same code that edit does except using AI (i.e., you don't have to press buttons like in the edit sky replacement usage). Oh well .... More work for the folks in downtown San Jose Ca. (I lived two miles from Adobe HQ when I lived in San Jose 1993-2006).

Honestly, for me, 95 percent of the time, GF does not deliver. It can be all over the place. I now consider it a gimmick more than a professional tool.

It surely does fail though I've added some full moons with some success. Selective Skies is a far better option though I still think it's a little like cheating to this ole Boomer.
