Amazing how I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out myself thinking I'm not that dumb but it just took 2 minutes to google it.. Btw, for me at 0:29 I need to hold Alt not Shift ( in case somebody else found this strange ) Anyhow- Thank you Lorelei Lacey !

There is a button Maintain aspect ratio just between Width & Height in the above toolbar if you click that chained icon you no need to click shift while dragging. If you want to try while holding try to see the chained icon it will be clicked and release the shift it will not be clicked.

What if the smart objects has effects and other contents that i want to resize with it? (Please and thank you)

Briana- when I just tested it (with a drop shadow, and with a filter)- both resized with the smart object. I did get a warning that the smart filter would be temporarily disabled, but once I applied the size transformation- it was fine. If there is other content giving you trouble- I would try rasterizing it (Layer -> Rasterize), and then resize afterwards. Good luck!

How do I resize the object to a specific pixel dimension? I can't seem to find that answer anywhere!

If you Edit -> Transform -> Scale- then look at the top control bar in Photoshop the X and Y are your pixel width and height. You can edit the numbers and apply the transformation there :)
