the properties menu doesn't pop up when I insert a shape, it doesn't even register it as a layer, yet you can still see the added image of the rectangle. I've tried looking up the problem, and cannot find any solution. I've tried the rounded rectangle shape, and all the other shapes, it does the same thing. I even went to Windows, and clicked on "Properties" and nothing....

I enjoyed it but the technique didn't actually work. I can change the corners to 108 pixels as needed but this doesn't change the corners of the shape. How did I make this "shape" you speak of?

Maybe your are older now since 2013, and have slowed down for people to understand you and be able to follow your so called "tutorial" instead of having to replay the damn video five to six times to understand you.
