Update, I checked the script and the reason for all errors is that one uses the same names for items inside the groups. I changed the process by renaming all layers inside the three groups and the script is now fully auto, except for placement of the Polaroids, which need to remain manual... Excellent tutorial...

Works great when manual, however when scripted, at the end, it seems to do a lot of weird stuff... I mean at the position you select the three "inside" layers the script only executes 1, and when rearranging the Polaroids to add the middle one on top, it actually removes the right one... Bugs in Adobe? Tru your steps while recording and you'll see...
