This is so cool! It feels like the quality of images generated in this product will spark more innovative & creative ideas of how to evolve them than other AI I've tried (which are more time and trial & error consuming).

As far as I'm concerned this infinitely better than platforms like Midjourney and Leo AI! With all of the controls and filters, this opens the door to more creativity versus having zero control over what is generated. We can actually create a final result that is ours, which is way more desirable!

To each his own, I photographed a horse for a customer and used AI to replace the background instead of spending a week driving all the way across the country and back to Lexington KY to get the background and then collected a check. Works for me.

There are many ways to use AI to help you. I rarely create an entire image in ai and thats it. I often combine with my own photos or use it in practical ways. It replaces stock photography for me.

There's absolutely no comparison between the photorealistic characters I produced with CGDream and the ones I did with Midjourney. The difference is like cartoons compared with real 35mm film. If only I could get guaranteed consistent characters in CGDream, I'd be one loyal customer.

What about the copyright of images generated in this manner? And how does the copyrights of images used in the generation vector into that?
@IvanCGDream3 ай бұрын
Copyright ownership rests with the CGDream user. To use visuals for commercial purposes, a Basic, Pro, or Premium plan is required. As for the second question, no, copyrights are not needed for reference images. However, users are responsible for ensuring they comply with copyright laws. For example, if someone generates a passport using another person’s documents and is caught, the software isn’t liable as it simply processes the user’s input.

@@photoshopcafeit does show, but we’re not always looking carefully at little icons-they’re everywhere these days, and are just more visual clutter to be ignored. Put your disclaimer up front, and nobody will feel duped. I don’t think you were trying to be deceitful, it just came off that way. Especially after claiming that the results were better than other generative ai. That may be your opinion, but I’ve seen and made Midjourney renders that are objectively more realistic than your examples.

Ian, can you not accept that an application like Photoshop is used by a vast range of professional creators? There are more than 33 million people with legit versions now, and I suspect there are still lots of people stealing it. One Professional I know does art work for the movie industry, and uses Ai to create backgrounds and minor image elements. It's fast and it's effective, and that adds up to happy clients who are paying for way less hours than they used to.
