The tutorial is very well done. Nevertheless, I feel Photoshop is far too complicated for basic operations like resizing. I prefer a tool like BatchPhoto because it makes it much easier to batch resize your photos. No scripts, no actions, just add your photos, enter the desired dimensions and choose where to save them.

it all depends on what image you are using. the results can vary a lot. It also depends on how much you are trying to increase the size. if you practice with my image you will see the results. just try it on a few of your own images, a few different ones and you should get the hang how the photoshop content aware scale tool.

I watched the whold cropping tutorial, but can you tell me why when I put a cropped photo into another photoshop document, the aspect ration matches how I cropped it, but it's still huge and I have to shrink it to fit into my document (for example, an invitation) and then it's pixelated.

Somthing is so wrong with my PS, it nevre looks like yours, your Croptool are number 4 from the top, at my number 4 I have the "Slice tool" and I don't even have a Crop tool. It is always the same in all guides on KZbin, my PS never have any of the tools that I need :( //using the Adobe PS cc 2015.

If you are using cc then you should be on the most up to date version as it keeps you updated. Check the top right of the screen. You can choose you photoshop layout there. I usually have mine on photography.

hmm. i can see that. When I wrote resize I meant that when you crop an image its size is now smaller which is resizing. however if you want to resize and resample an image just go to image>resize> and type in the new dimensions. You can also do the same thing when you export. I hope this helps.
