hello neela mam!you explained in the video of historical experiments that engelmann used cladphora and said that cladophora accumulated around red and blue band but it is the aerobic bacteria (added during experiment) which is accumulated around blue and red wavelengths

friend....Cladophora evolves oxygen and bacteria which were accumulated on those 2 regions showed place from where oxygen gas evolve because bacteria as an aerobic grows in Oxygen and if bacteria had been growing in experiment then it is clear that Cladophora evolve Oxygen and regions from where oxygen evolve also had cleared. Hope it will help you upto sufficient extent....☺
