Sir, high purity silicon is used ..but n type and p type means impurity added silicon na.?

Crystalline silicon is typically the monocrystalline form of silicon. This silicon contains much lower impurity levels. After chemical purification of Semiconductor grade silicon (i.e. ordinary silicon) and followed by a recrystallization process Monocrystalline silicon is obtained. This Pure form of silicon is known as Crystalline silicon. These high purity crystalline silicon is added with Boron for making P-Type material and added with Phosphorus for N-type material.

In simple, pure crystalline silicon is doped with Boron for P-Type and Phosphorus for N-type.
