for prod ready projects yes, you need to configure it. hard to do it in a comment but it might b the topic of some upcoming videos, as I use Ngnix a lot

Video was very helpful, is 100ms+ response normal? I'm running some stress testing and it doesn't seem to be able to handle request as fast as something like node. I can do similar queries in node in 1-10ms, and handle 100s of RPS I can barely handle 10 RPS with my Laravel app and query times average over 3 seconds Even your request in the video is 100ms, is there a way to speed this up ?

you are welcome. I don't know specifically, but I know that Laraval is one of the best solution if you want to use PHP

Write queries in plain sql instead of using eloquent and use a bare-metal install instead of docker, this will speed up a lot the production code.
