I think you don't need if statement $name == "" || $email == "" || $cpNum == "" || $pCode == "" || $fAddr == "" if you put required on their input and textarea tags

The required attribute can be easily removed by doing inspect in the browser. It is required to do server side validation so you dont have empty records in your database.
