PHP Get Values of Multiple Checkbox and Keep Checkbox Checked After Submitting Form

I'm working on a new employee onboarding form and I needed a way to submit the input fields as data to a text file. With some modifications to the conditionals statements by adding fopen() and write() instead of echoing the results to the page. I may be able to complete this project all thanks to you! What is the laravel version you are using? Because I am getting error saying "undefined color_list"
