when you created another class function i,e user and props are passed from app component then why did not you use constructor ? how props are passing without using super(props)?

props and state are inbuilt in class component.

As you know we have to use constructor before using super. In class Component it's not mandatory to use constructor method unless you are not making states or any event handling function. So He didn't make any constructor so no need to use super(this.props) to use props inside class Component.
