when you call component like this mean you can send data to that function

1. The functional component is a function, it is not different then other functions we create in react. 2. When we call them as a component, Some set of property gets applied to it. It affects component rendering because now it will behave like a component. 3. When we call them as a function, It behave like a normal function. means we send some parameter to a function and it returns some value that we use in our code, here do so same thing

we use next/link when we import Link like import Link from "next/link" and we use next/navigation when we navigate to any where with using of event e.g onClick like import { useRouter } from 'next/navigation'
