Native english speaker they tend to speak with phrasal verbs most of the time. Phrasal verbs is actually for informal conversation only and if you are writing a formal letters,speech, report...... AVOID using phrasal verbs. Lots of phrsala verbs that has equivalent in english word. One simple example is use the word 'Cancel' instead of 'hold Off' or 'discuss' instead of 'talk over' and or 'reject' instead of 'turn down' ..........

Up My dog always runs up to me when I come back home. Although I don't know where he hides but he shows up to me in someway.I have had great memories being with him,however, sometimes there had bad memories. Once I made my breakfast and put in onto the table and went to get a bottle of water in the fridge. When I came back,he ate it up and ran away.I was so angry that I didn't speak to him for a day.But we made up after that day.He always makes me smile and gives the urge to come back home early. I made this up!!
