Except you cant if you dont have a very high end pc. I tried it and my city was a laggy hell.So I thought to reduce simulation speed to 20% and record it and then watch it at 60 fps by speeding th video but it didnt work as the city lagged so hardcore that it didnt even look nice like this one

You should lower sim speed to 5%, that is what i do
