However, my visit took an unexpected turn when I heard locals whispering about the place being haunted. Intrigued and a bit spooked, I decided to explore further.In this video, I share my experience of hiking up to the summit, capturing the mesmerizing views, and the eerie stories that surround this mystical location. But here's the twist - I also mention why I won't be coming back to Phu Chi Fa in April. It's not because of the ghostly tales, but due to the burning season in northern Thailand. During this time, the air pollution is so severe that it obscures the majestic mountain views, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the natural beauty.
So, if you're planning a trip to Phu Chi Fa, make sure to avoid the burning season to fully appreciate its splendor.
