That was quite literally a walk down memory lane for me - I was in Phu Quoc in Aug-Sept 2019. Good to see the yellow electronics store (36.55) again - I bought a very nice pair of wireless headphones there (still have them, working fine). I stayed in 4 hotels while I was in Phu Quoc - the two that I enjoyed the most were The Levan, and Saigon-Phu Quoc (both allegedly 4-star). They were both on the main (coastal) strip going into the town (the length and breadth of which I walked many times under a merciless sun). Man, I wish I was there now - stuck here in a cold, wet UK winter. It's wretched. Thanks for this video - brings back a lot of memories.

So you know... foreigner investors can't own property in Phu Quoc or VN without Government approval. You can always lease or rent out long terms.
