To withdraw money at the bank will not be charged a fee.

I think if you have a Thai bank account there’s no fee but for foreign banks it’s 220 baht :-(

You will see QR code sign at every food stalls or stores. People use their phone to scan for payment no matter how small the prices are but you will need to have Thai bank account to do that. Hopefully, the Thai government will figure it out some how for foreign tourists to use this cashless payment system soon.

Thankyou yes I did see that and scanned it but realized we needed a Thai bank account. It would have been very handy!! Is that a new thing in Thailand?
