Hi welches Gym ist für Boxen besser Alis od Apollo Gym bin 40 habe vor 1 Jahr mit Boxen begonnen früher nur im Stadion 🏟️ geboxt 😂 und als Junger durch die Bank Kickboxen BJJ immer wieder begonnen u wieder aufgehört …jetzt möchte ich BKK testen bin Körperlich Fit laufe 10 km in 46 min gute Kraftausdauer am Airbike sitze ich täglich geht Mega auf die Kondi so was würdet du mir empfehlen bin derzeit aus Samui bis Winter aber hier klappt kein reines Boxen ich Liebe einfach diese Insel inkl Koh Phangan 😎🤟🥊
