This game was good, but I called it "Among Us" like the popular app game. I adjusted some of the rules to add in Emergency meetings. I had students discuss why they thought the accused was the Imposter and the students voted. If more than half the students that were still in the game voted yes and the student was the imposter, game over. If more than half the students voted for a student and they were not the imposter, both the accused and the accuser are out. I had exercises posted around the playing field that whoever is out had to go perform.

❤❤❤ You helped me write lesson plans for my undergrad degree. I sincerely hope my state will open back up when we'll be able to play this game. Miss my kids. Thanks for another game and stay safe.

I tried this with the kids at my school, and when they were poisoned, instead of laying down, they outed the spy 😂😂😂

Just wondering for the game Spy (and some others), if kids are moving around, how can you be sure they keep 1 metre apart. thanks.
@physedgames4 жыл бұрын
Hi. You will need to give reminders. Even with that there is of course no guarantee that they will keep 1 meter apart, but the point is that the premise of this game (and other ‘Covid-friendly’) don’t require that students come in close contact with another. For example, a standard game of basketball wouldn’t work, but the game ‘basketball mini-relay’ would. But again it would be up to the students regardless what they are playing, or doing in general, to do their best to keep apart if that’s what’s being asked. Thx for the comment!

My students (aged 8 and 9) are hugging, tugging, dragging each other when it's playtime. Even if I warned them to avoid excessive contact. What is the point in keeping them in rigid seating or at a "Socially Distance" in the end. This is a nice Idea, perhaps since the title is "the spy" the children could be asked to perform movements that mimic fighter jets/war tanks/marching soldiers and if they come into contact then they sink or crash??

What if a player that is not a spy winks at another player?
@jojochou25134 жыл бұрын
i know! I would try to wink-for-fun too LOL

Tell them beforehand that it’s not allowed as it would ruin the game. And then watch for it, make a rule if you catch someone doing it, they can sit out for a round or 10
