She is not alone in this unkillable dread. I always have to ask these things as well (regardless of only having one relationship myself, which ended a long time ago). I'm ridiculously nervous about every little aspect of every interaction, and I'm terrified of messing up, even when things are going smoothly. I can hide it very well, but it's always there. The nagging fear of making a single mistake that ends it all permanently never leaves my mind, made worse by me being the Msub type of boyfriend (as opposed to a boyfriend who would take charge, which is what most women prefer), even though I'm usually bold and cocky otherwise. And I am most nervous about physical affection, too. Mostly because I crave it more than most people I've met. Shoulder/chest pillow bedtime snuggles (with intertwined limbs) and lap pillow head pats/scratches being the two types I want more than I know how to say.

Bro is literally me. From the constant overthinking, being a sub and self-assertive. To also being touch starved in a sense (even though the only relationship I had was LDR), I completely get you as a whole. My advice is to start understanding psychological phenomenons like for example, the spotlight effect. Definitely helped me get my mind off things as I started changing my perception on silly little things I do. Not sure if it would help as much with others but I sure do hope it would.

I appreciate how you went against your usual type of roleplay. I am used to your dominant roleplays. This style of video, one that leans into "girl failure" territory is very endearing. "Girl failure" is the opposite of girl boss. Anxious, overthinking, nervous, lacking self-confidence, etc. Think Kobeni from chainsaw man, Boochi from Boochi the rock or Zensitzu from Demon Slayer. (Yes, he is a boy, but is gender inverted example.)
