I am very healthy and eats animal products ever day. What I avoid is processed foods. I think genetics has a lot to do with food preferences ……I don’t feel good on vegetarian-vegan diet. Each of us is different….How you feel affects your vibration is absolutely true! Thanks Elaine and thanks Jonathon❤
