The problem is they're nerfing things that don't need to be nerfed. At the moment they should be buffing many heroes, not nerfing summoner.

I don't think summons are unusable at all as he showed in the video, but the nerfs might be a bit too hard of summons specially the others summons that are not humanoid

Rather than nerfing why don't they just add a new game mode like a new map or a new dungeon, new heroes, towers, leaders and a new dragon boss to make it more fun!

In fact, after this update the summon unit skill tree will be more useless than the poison skill tree as the summoned units will move like in a swamp. It's a pity that the creators didn't add any changes for poison type characters or fire type, because apart from lighting type there is literally no other way to create a sensible deck in this situation. Btw, do you think that a deck based on the new Lighting Bow Master, Assassin, Thor, Zeus and Stone with Electric Towers will be good if nothing changes and the update will be released?

Yeah summon skilltree will lose alot of value, but since slinger pierce node still exists, most wave builds will eventually want that anyway. Yes, those will be the main damagers in lightning build for sure. Thunder Towers are nice in early game but they can't keep up forever, which is where assassin will enter the picture, most likely 👍

Partly true because Succubus did get a pretty big buff and now might be the best boss damage dealer over DBM, but big emphasis on might, and summons like slingers and witches will still be just as useful as they are now for support

@@mariohenrique9537 slingers are definitely taking a hit with decreased attack speed and huge loss in piercing %, but yes they are still very much useful for support. That's basically only thing what summons can be used for now

Hello! Korean boi changed giant's attack speed from 0.6 attack per second to 0.75, but in current version of the game it is 0.75 and 1 in beta, thats little bit weird

thank god ive been saving gold... im 100% switching to a lightning build after the update or at least resetting giants and making them a lower level. the only reason im running dh2 gab is giants, now that they are nerfed they are going to be useless for me

He didn't mention that we are still getting a whole lot more skill points, specially in the early game to mid game (0-1m waves), dh3 and dh4 got nerfed, and some other heros from fire and poison got buffed, overall I still think the nerfs are too much to summons but I like the idea of the dev to try to make the early game faster and more enjoyable by giving more skill points and trying to balance the skill trees more evenly, even if it means kinda of killing the one that is completely overpowered, it's still the right direction

Oh how the mighty giants have fallen. I question how good DA is buffed by the lightning changes and if he is the main damage dealer in the betas or if it goes to DBM's lightning class, or even someone else.

Depends on which build, if we keep looking at physical summon, then DA will be highest damager likely because he deals great damage to normal monsters. He cant kill bosses though so he is not OP in that sense. Then if we look at lightning build, the top damagers in results are likely Thor and Zeus

Physical build nerf does not directly affect the hellmode build, but in general all hell mode builds are weaker now because Druid hero nerf and Assassin ability nerf

Sadly yeah, that is true. Killing dragons with for example lightning build is possible, but it will be slightly slower than with giants, even with the decreased chest timer we will be getting

You can likely keep using it after update, because you'll be getting a lot more skillpoints which can compensate. Also DH2 will have 1 less boss than before. Unless im mistaken, you will get like 20-25 more sp to use 😊

For now, Probably best if you can chill for a few days and see what will happen. Upgrading bowmaster is always safe as she is usable in both physical and lightning builds

Mana issues are common in early game, but best things you can do is the level up your castle and use the worm tower with mirror to its left side 👍 best mp regeneration boost in game

Best things you can do is to ensure that your phone is always on a solid surface. Do not place it in your bed, sofa, pillow or any other kind of soft material, as this will hinder air flow and make the device more hot 👍

Replace gold bar for whip. It will give more gold , especially when having high amount gold from colonies.
