There is one thing very important for swimming missing in your vedio...this is the the moment that will be produced by using muscles ...as example when swimmer raise arm up ...the shoulder muscle will produce moment on the shoulder ...this very important point and can impact the swimmer if not understand ... You’re sister seems so fast , what’s her 50m fly and free time and her 100m free time in scm if possible. Im a 15y/o female trying to improve my times for those events, does she have any generic tips e.g, how to get faster underwaters, more power on the kick/pull etc. Thanks and great vid btw!!
