Yes pl, what you want to ask... always write clearly what is your query for the video as many other viewers may get distracted by your incomplete query... you should always be careful while writing on open platforms like this...

@@physicsgalaxyworld sir why the direction of force on current carrying wire placed in magnetic field has same direction as the single moving charge instead the electron move in the opposite direction of the current explain this why its like this?

sir if we check direction using v*b then the force on electron should be towards the right side ? please explain, sir for finding direction is v*b only applicable for positive charges and not negative
@physicsgalaxyworld
@physicsgalaxyworld 6 жыл бұрын
No it is toward left... as e is negatively charged and the right hand thumb rule is applied for direction of flow of positive charges and on negative charges direction is opposite... be careful in applying this...

Sir, because we are dealing with electrons, won't the direction become towards the right? Since flow of electrons is opposite to the flow of current?
@physicsgalaxyworld
@physicsgalaxyworld 8 жыл бұрын
but electrons have -ve charge and force direction on -ve charges is also opposite to that on +ve charges...

+Physics Galaxy okay, sir got it. One more question, in what order should I be watching these videos? I started with electromagnetic force.

Its better you goto physicsgalaxy.com where in section of video lectures under high school physics for age 17-19 years you can watch any topic in the sequence in which these are arranged... it will be easier for you to find the proper order as well...

sir in the conducting wire there is positive charge also so why you have not taken force on positive charge on calculating force on wire
@physicsgalaxyworld
@physicsgalaxyworld 7 жыл бұрын
There is no charge in the wire... the wire is electrically neutral...

Sir why are u considering the direction of current and not the direction of electron while calculating the direction of force using RHPR
@physicsgalaxyworld

Because that is the way RHPR is defined...
