Sir, is heat a dissipated form of energy? Also, you said 1 cal of heat can do 4.187 J work at max... So, does that mean 1 cal heat can do work of 0 to 4.187 J? If yes, what would be the interval of heat liberated if 4.187 J of work is excecuted?

The term 'Heat' is used for the energy which is in transit only... which can raise the thermal agitation (internal energy) of particles of any system...
