Yes sir but NTA specially made physics and chemistry way easier and now those who focused on limited syllabus (in depth) and who has also focused on maths suffered a lot.(one thing should be noted that neet aspirant had 3 hrs for phy,che while most of us give it in close to 1.30 hrs because time is major facter which decides the result). But don't worry sir we who suffered will be the one who will do better in advance.

This is not a suggestion. This is a harsh reality that pushed JEE aspirants to an edge placing NEET students in an advantageous position. NTA'S qp should be balanced with equal toughness throughout all subjects and shifts, so that competition is sound and healthy.

I know a girl who studies so hard and crosses 200 marks in mock tests. There is also a boy I know who can barely score 120 in mock test. The girl gave exam on 27th jan. She scored 192 and got 96.8 percentile. The boy gave exam on 31st jan. He scored 112 and got same percentile. I personally give both papers. There were no such drastic difference in level of difficulty. Both were on the easy side. You are saying it's not luck. It's bullshit.

If your preparation is well you will not find difference in the two papers... if preparation is not proper with full syllabus there were 8-10 questions which were on higher side in every subject in last days... that is what is making the difference among 1 million students... As per NTA there were more than 1 lakh students in each shift so 10k+ students are getting 99%ile they are not blaming anyone but below these students who are struggling with score are having issues... on 27th shifts were ext easy, those who prepared with full syllabus, many of these who were ready they scored even 260 or 270 marks comfortably and achieved higher level...

That’s not the case here, whenever papers are easy there is cut throat competition in exams like neet where there is only one shift… remember and keep in mind that what happened on 27th shifts which were very easy, it may happen in two or three shifts in second attempt and to beat the competition then one has to have very high accuracy and full syllabus coverage to score full… also when more than a million students are appearing and more than 50% of those are not properly preparing for JEE… the competition is much tougher… and all students who are preparing are not wasting their time on YT…

80 marks diff=20 questions Were there extra 20 unsolvable hard questions on 1st feb.I don't think because all chemistry questions were very easy in both shift.Talking about physics and math there may be maximum 5 extra hard questions each.I have solved both the papers and got 30 marks less in 1st feb.I dont expect nta to make changes but i want them to accept that it was not fair and they should conduct less and equally difficult shifts next time.

That's what i did... Now those who don't want to score in JEE like neet students and boards specific students are chill and have no pressure and would attempt all 70 of them coz even if there is negative marking what's the worst that could happen for them... So even according higher marks would lead me to 97%ile coz paper was of bords level... No one ever expects situations to turn out like this... Me scoring 200 up was like safest score probably considering last year's... So here the gap tends to 120 Mark's Reason so much sudden disappointment: first a potential person who was getting 140-150 marks in jee main 2023 mock gave paper on 27 jan and scores 200-210 a sudden high expectations from family and from yourself created and as per previous year prediction(were paper was good level) thought of getting 99.3+percentile was generated,and then a sudden shock on 13 Feb realising that it's not only you that have score more it's most of people have score 30-50 marks more than they used to get in mock but due to that expectations for about 15 days a sudden grief was there.

Ashish sir is like the same as he was from past 30 years… he always measures the facts and tells the truth after complete analysis… it happened many times when he was alone saying something and mostly people talk against and over a period of time it has been proven about what sir said… in this case also many people are talking baseless things without judging and measuring the facts… many average students of Ashish sir scored 260 or 270+ in 27th shifts because these were very easy and there are his students who got relaxed on 27th shifts when their score crosses 220 during exam which was their target and it was actually the mistake of students that they got satisfied and forgot that Ashish sir always guided to focus on full syllabus and focus on full attempt and he already warned a month earlier that papers are going to be easy so students should not keep any target score in mind. Dear Nitesh, for 27th shift papers were very easy and those who completed full syllabus and conscious, they were able to score very high and higher percentile also and those who targeted score around 200+ or so they got relaxed in exam after achieving the level and they are suffering, always remember what Ashish sir says, focus on full syllabus and target full score, sometime if paper is favourable, it is possible and this happened in 27th... many in 27th are enjoying who followed this...

(Given that each paper is attempted by approximately equal number of students). If you do, then you can just check the data, ~3055 students scored 200+ marks in 27S1, whereas only ~241 students did so in 31S2. Is that not enough proof that one paper was more difficult? I would argue that this is more representative of the paper difficulty, rather than the experience of one single student, don't you think?

Sir has already explained this… now two more facts as in limited time video everything can’t be explained - 1. Total 11 lakh students appeared out of which around 50% were not actually properly preparing for JEE 2. Sir has already explained that other than 8-10 Que per subject level of all remaining Que were exactly same. In early shifts these 8-10 que were very easy whereas level was high in later shifts that’s why the score difference was there mainly due to these 24-30 questions…

I don't expect this type of words from such a senior teacher.... Hamesha students ki hi glti nikali jati hai jabki this time it's clear ki glti kiski hai. Defending nta by saying that there was difference in the level of questions in every shift i am sorry but I truly don't agree with this, level of questions was almost the same with little variation i have also seen the papers and specially saying from the physics and maths views physics questions was easy in every shift and maths was lengthy and doable in every shift except 2-3 questions. Every KZbin poll says that there was an even distribution of students in every shift but nta is like sab glt hum shi. Even if I get agree on this point that there was big difference of level of questions in 1st to last day shift that led to difference of about 40-50 marks for same percentile it's still NTA's fault cause they have the responsibility of making even difficulty fir every shift with slight variations may work. Everytime the first day paper is a bit easy still the marks for same percentile goes lower but this time it has gone way higher in a stranger manner. All in all there's no explanation of everything. Such type of blunder in making the result is very unacceptable. NTA has failed every time and every stage in the conduction of this prestigious exam from dates of exam (last year) to technical failures city allocation and change in individuals exam date to wrong questions wrong answer key wrong way of uploading and challenging the exam to not accepting the wrong questions to releasing a bad reduced syllabus and asking multiple questions from the reduced syllabus to now the result 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Jee adv is a much older and honoured examination no such shit has ever been happened in the exam a few times a bit bandy questions has been asked but they accept multiple answers for a question for that matters. But nta has always let students suffers...... And in all this mess entire coaching industry is in the race for their business.... Ultimately students suffers and they have to compromise. For me the credibility of this exam has reduced and they have seriously made this dependable upon 'luck factor' . Still we have to study to our best ( in every mental state ) and i hope this type of errors won't happen again. I'll also suggest everyone to see every opportunity ( like research, emerging branches which needs skill and short list some of the best colleges of our country). Sir I attempted 272 marks in 27 jan shift1 and scored 253. Due to increased percentile my percentile was 99.48. Now on which I should focus on 2nd Attempt or Advanced fully. My syllabus is complete with all pyqs of mains and advanced (80%) done. Only my requirement is to increase speed in Maths which cost me of 3-4 questions in Mains which I think I should have done. You should focus mainly on higher accuracy so that in easy papers when competition is tough you can perform better. Right now we suggest you to focus on jee advanced with complete blocks of advanced… this will make you prepare for second attempt as well, for accuracy you should improve your speed practice of PYQs

bhai sun ek baat meri......you chased a score of 250 -270 in your exam due to which you became relaxed once you reached your score while I (not boasting plz understand) targeted full marks even i used to get around 180 in mocks ....thats why i didnt became relaxed and tried to score till the last second ...also i did revision of whole syllabus 10-15 time in last 3 days ....I too left many topics but did each topic that is important for jee ....i even left whole fluids and rotation(did only MOI and COM).......due to this i ended up getting 274 in 27 shift 1 . i am speaking truth i never got marks above 207 in any coaching test and average was around 175 but got 274 in reality.......so yeah i would say that you must not keep any target in your mind just target full marks you will get the best you can in that exam whether it is easy or tough .....best of luck for advance😊😊😊😊 @@shivamprakash4324

sir this may be a stupid observation but using nta's formula, percentile*total students in shift/100 should give us total number of students with less than or equal to score of a person, but whenever I try this(with any of my percentiles-p/c/m/overall or any friends') it almost never gives a whole number or even close(always .3,.5.,7) which does not make sense as how can .5 students have scored equal to or less than me? please tell me if there is some flaw in my logic or something else is going on?

Every year NEET more than 20 lakh students appear in a single shift and students fight for 720/720 then only they will be able to try and get 650+ at which they can get a good college. As papers are very easy this is achievable similarly in JEE main in some shifts it was the case this year… paper was so easy that 240+ wasn’t difficult… whenever papers are easy competition will be ext tough and that’s what is happening…

As you said in your previous videos as well that the benchmarking for all the shifts were same, they had around the same difficulty. Since other shifts had ambiguous/incorrect answer questions, they looked difficult only because of that. If difficulty and no. of students were same in each shift then why there was such a huge disparity in mark vs %ile among all shifts?

Sir I am the student of class 9 i have a question related earth gravitational force and air resistance we know earth gravitational force does not depend upon mass every object falls with equal acceleration (in abesence of air resistance) but if we considered a notebook and a page with equal surface area then why both are not falls with equal acceleration because air resistance is also equal on both page and notebook please clear my confusion 🙏🙏

This is because the acceleration is ratio of total force and mass so in the case of a book and a page if you calculated the acceleration, it will be calculated as a = (Mg - Fair)/M = g - (Fair/M) so in this case mass of paper is less so second term will be more in case of paper (which is subtracting from g to get the acceleration) thats why book will fall with higher acceleration. Hope your confusion is clear now...

You may feel like this... there are two imp factors you need to focus now - 1. Full syllabus coverage 2. Be sure if paper is very easy, you must try to score full 3. Number of students will not make any difference if you beat the competition

If the alleged data is assumed to be true then it just means the question paper was set terribly. I can say with a 100% confidence that absolutely no one (students/teachers/institutes) could have predicted 99% for 240. Had there even been a rough idea that these are the marks required, necessary action could still have been taken. A 80/300 mark difference is not justified whatsoever

Yes sir papers were easy . I have recently started giving mock tests have already given 9 mocks after first attempt i improved from 98 (first) to 160( second last) , 132(last) there are a lot of stupid mistakes ,i have noticed that i am losing focus during exam and getting tired after 2 hrs which leads to a lot of silly errors. If i can eliminate these silly errors i can easily score 180 and if i complete 5 6 more chapters this score can easily be pushed to 200+ and thats what i am planning to do . Im planning to give 30 mocks before 2nd attempt. Wish me luck
