Nothing to take away from him but a small suggestion to all those who are wanting to decrease their sleep hours too after listening to Umar; There are many people who survive on minimum sleep. There is a genetic mutation that enables a small segment of the population to function at optimal levels with less than 3-4 hours of sleep per day. Talk about special privileges. But it isn't applicable for most of us, remember less sleep doesn't mean more productivity!
