This is great, like real nutrition, not a fast food “knowledge”. Thank you very much.

Since I was 16, I have been suffering from wrist pain, specifically the prominent bone in the wrist, but not the bone itself, but the tendon that passes through it. If I move the palm of my hand, the tendon is very light and moves quickly, unlike my other hand, and I cannot lift heavy things at all. I have been suffering from a very annoying tingling sensation even without lifting heavy things for two years, and I hope you can help me. I swear to God that I went to three doctors and no one gave me a solution.

You don't say how old you are now so I don't know how long you've had this for. Tingling sensations are not a symptom of a tendon problem though. If the tingling is in the palm and fingers then its likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome which is a nerve problem. One of my first videos was about this so it might be worth a look.

@ The problem I have, I did not find anyone who talked about it, and I can take a video for you, and you may know the problem. Thank you for reading my words btw.

Im not aware of any supplements that will help. Its just as a said in the video. Rest & patience until it settles right down and then slow, steady rehab. There are no short cuts i'm afraid. It might be worth seeing a hand therapist though just to check the diagnosis. TFCC injury and DRU joint pain can give similar wrist pain.
