Physiotherapy for syringomyelia

Pls help, my hubby has same syringomalia n scoliosis, walk with the help of Walker, cannot climb steps, surgery done in Fortis hospital Bangalore it's been 5 years, internal improvement are there but he is unable to walk till now by his own without Walker... Surgeon is telling , it takes time, do exercises n have patience, pls anybody guide me properly perfect treatment to get where? I stay in Belgaum Karnataka...
