Physiotherapy(BPT) some realities 1)The vast majority of physiotherapists are unemployed or in low paying jobs and many have sought other employment for livelihood. 2)There are over 5060 physiotherapists passed out in South India alone. The number of physiotherapists required in a 200-bed hospital is just one. Those who have studied in previous years are remains here unemployed, then how many hospitals will be needed to get them jobs here. 3) It is a fact that the job opportunities abroad are decreasing drastically every year. Migrant physiotherapist , in UK, US Canada are working in petrol pumps, supermarkets and hotels. Only natives of respective countries only getting jobs in Gulf countries 4)Many hospitals now converting their physiotherapy department to Physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMR)HOD will be physiatrist (MBBS DPMR )role of a physiotherapist in this department is just a helper 5)Since there is no regulatory authority(council) for physiotherapy in India somany unautherised practices (quakery)going on in this field This also reduces job opertunities 6)Now a days new threat also there... Bvok physiotherapy that is common in normal arts collage only 3 years, course. Hospitals appoint these people with less salary 7)In big hospitals physiotherapy is under physiatrist when it comes to small hospital it is under nursing suprend. It is duty of physiotherapist to pull physio machine trolley to bed side of each patient in wards for treatment their condition is bad than ward boys 8)Running own clinic need huge investment no patients approach physiotherapist directly. Reference from medical doctors is a must usualy they give pain killers to patient or ask commission for each reference. Majority of clinics closed already or in loss 9)"Physiotherapists are called as doctors "" these are only just canvasing words of agents during admision. In practical sence none of the hospitals, gov bodies allow this 10)Going for MPT (post graduation)not makes changes there is no propotionate grouth in income after doing that. Main aim of mpt holders are to become professor in bpt collages but collages appoint physiatrist (MD physiatry)as professors & principal in collages 11)If a person join BPT who are the benificiaries. In many hospitals physiotherapy department itself vanishing they converting it to physical medicine & rehabilitation (PMR)and the head will be physiatrist. physiotherapist work there as a technitian with less salery

Skill experience hard work passion dedication nothing going to helps you. hospital authorities only need physiotherapist working in less salary or no salary (trainees)or even with paying to hospital authorities. Some hospitals charge physiotherapist thousands for just a cirtificate

Bro Niku courses examples kavalante Amritha university website visit chey bro.. Andulo allied health sciences lo options chudu...
