With all the Technological Work that's gone into Creating this wonderful Pi App I find it quite astonishing that if you forget your Password then there is no way of getting back into your Account. Surely with Pi being a Mobile App then it would be easy to rectify with say a 2 Step Verification since you've already Verified your Account with said Mobile No. & email address? Just a suggestion. ✌️

He already said they are aware of that, and if I understand correctly, this is not supposed to be the only way to KYC. I think these ideas are brilliant and should be adopted,c while other methods are added so pioneers use whichever method is most convenient for them. This will definitely speed up the KYC process.

Hi Nicolas I am Vietnamese I see a lot of Vietnamese people asking when they will get kyc, when will pi be listed on the exchange, they set up dozens of groups on facebook and have groups up to hundreds thousand people join just to discuss and learn about pi. If possible sooner than I hope that thousands of people KYC and AIT wish success

I think the approach is quite wrong, the fact that if we forget the password or write it wrong, there is no way to reconnect to our account. Certainly, Pi being a mobile application, it would be easy to correct with the two-step verification, by phone or Facebook, because we have already verified our account with the phone number and e-mail address mentioned. It's just a suggestion, but one that should make you think. In other words, it means that checking by phone or Facebook is done in vain, as long as we can't use them. Is it true that pioneers with more than a year of mining will only have KYC? Why is it not valid for new pioneers under one year? All pioneers are part of the Pi network. Will newcomers not have access to the main network? Aren't new pioneers part of the same Pi network? Why can't we minning from the desktop or laptop?

Neither idea is very safe, there is no way to prove our personal details will be safe especially if some random person is confirming our identity. It's not hard to screen record someone holding their passport and use it to commit fraud, not a smart idea at all. There are a lot of dodgy people out there that will take advantage and exploit this idea.

The second form of verification has a flaw which is verifying by people from the same country, it shouldn't be the case since the national sense of belonging together could prevail over honesty.

The problem with this project is that its a safety issue sending photos or videos of people to others. Passport copying is a major problem. Someone can clone your phone with the details on there. Its a privacy issue. Not safe.
