Mine is even frustrating..: I passed my kyc, became a validator.. have validate 88accouts with 92% accuracy.. just woke up to validate accounts and noticed my account has gone back to tentative approval

My problem is name mismatch, I’ve been trying to submit an appeal for several months now but the submission is not going through, I don’t know why, and I make sure that the words are not more than 120 which is far less than the 250 words they said. Is there anyway you can help?
