I am the one who suffered with that question longer than 6 months but I resolved it in two days ago. Now that I am telling you this, my pi coins are in my wallet. What I did is to change my wallet. I created a new wallet in 2 and confirmed it in 3. After 24 hours I signed acknowledgment in 6. After that I get migration automatically. I recommend you to do as I did and you'll thank me later
