20 years is a nominal service life. However there are many many first line American airlines that still have aircraft that are in service that are 35 years and older. MD80's, 757 and 767's that date back to the mid 80's. With proper maintenance they can be safely flown nearly indefinitely. What limits there life if the there economy of operation.

I believe A300 , three man operation , I did Pk 203/202 and it got technical at Kuwait airport , they brought A310 and we got back to Lahore, it was April or May of 2004 , and after that I never see these Ab4 flying.

it is not a 747 as you can see there is only two throttles becasue it has two engines wheras the 747 has 4 engines there it would have 4 throttles

How is the woman an idiot? She's the Pilot In Command. I thought she was extremely sharp even blessed the flight before she put her hand on the throttle, but YOU you might have trouble hearing it for obvious reasons. #bismilah

PIA has best men in its pilots department and in this case a woman pilot flying a jet like this next to a man approves one thing that Islam does not stop women from operating and learning any technology in the world that also includes flying jets.

The flight engineer was suppose to set the throttles for takeoff, not the co-pilot.
