Be rollers flat spotted or needs a carb clean

you can see in vid that rollers are in great condition. carb has been cleaned and much better now. Although still slight hesitation when cold.

@@PITBIKEPAD spark plug is new and the carb has been cleaned. It's got a 200 engine fitted so could it need a better battery as it just struggles to turn over?

Also the washer inside your variator is a restrictor remove it

the 125's aren't restricted. Only the 50cc to 30mph via washer/exhaust/jetting.
