Piaggio NRG Wheelie un info

hello i have one question ,i have piaggio nrg from 2005 and i have bought and replaced some new parts like carburetor 17.5,exhaust leovince zx, malossi white spring and green small springs. But it can't go over 80kmh. What can i do because the factory made piaggio nrg whiteout scooter limiters can go like 80-90 kmh i replaced nozzle now it is nozzle 65(before it was 60) and before exhaust it was goBefore the exhaust, it could go up to eight thousand revolutions, and now it goes up to 8 and a half thousand, sometimes even up to nine. Should i put rolers 4.8 grams i heard that they are perfect for this exhaust.please help me and sorry for bad english i am from bosnia btw
