Piano classic house mash up by Davos

I take my hat off to this man. After watching this video 6 months ago he inspired me take up the piano. I'm 41 and I'm about as musical as a tomato. Never played any keyboard. I'm now having lesions and have brought a collection of keyboards. I can now play some piano house music and I am learning every day. Thankyou Davos. I owe you a beer. Your my inspiration.

AP Developments This is something I want to do, just so I can play old school house tunes, how hard did you find it to learn the piano, darn think looks impossible to me.

Jogo Lock Its not hard to learn but you have to be really dedicated. It all comes down to scales at the end of the day. Repletion, repetition & repetition. Trust me, old school house tunes are not hard to learn at all. A lot of it is about tension & release within scale tones that exist within the chords. Jazz legend Barry Harris said that you need to learn the piano horizontally, not just vertically as in playing chords. That couldn't be more true. You never get to a point where you say "i've got it" because you spend your whole life learning & improving. The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.
