Clear tutorial, but the only thing I'm missing in these tutorials is some guidance on when to use the pedal. Not sure if other people can relate. But for a beginner like me I sometimes struggle determining when to pedal. I guess for the most part of this song, you can pedal the full measures, and for the 4th measure (Gminor) for example, you release-press the pedal when going to the 'subchords' (ACG to BbDG to CEG).

Generally, pedaling with each new chord is often a good rule of thumb, but if it’s sounding muddy, scale back the amount of pedaling!
